Base Criteria

Four criteria apply to every course

Meet these and you can apply to at least one Mehfooz Punjab course. Level-specific requirements are listed further below.

  • Domicile

    Applicants must hold a domicile of any district of Punjab.

  • Age

    Between 18 and 35 years at the time of application (16+ for foundation courses).

  • Education

    Minimum intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent; matriculation accepted for foundation courses.

  • Digital Literacy

    Basic ability to use a computer and the internet. No prior security experience required.

Good to know

  • No prior cybersecurity or programming background is required for foundation-level courses.
  • Advanced courses require completion of a relevant foundation course or demonstrable equivalent knowledge.
  • Reserved seats are available for women, persons with disabilities, and applicants from underserved districts.
  • Government employees may apply subject to departmental no-objection where applicable.

Documents

What you'll need to apply

Prepare clear scans or photos before you start — the application takes about 20 minutes when your documents are ready.

Apply through the official portal. Report requests for application or training payments on the Citizen Helpline 1100.

  • CNIC / B-Form

    Required

    Valid national identity card or B-Form for applicants under 18.

  • Domicile Certificate

    Required

    Proof of domicile of a district of Punjab.

  • Educational Certificates

    Required

    Matriculation and/or intermediate marksheets and certificates.

  • Recent Photograph

    Required

    A passport-size digital photograph on a plain background.

  • Reserved-Seat Evidence

    If applicable

    Disability certificate or relevant document, if applying under a reserved category.

  • Experience / Portfolio

    If applicable

    Optional evidence of prior IT or security learning, for advanced courses.

  • Format: JPG, PNG, or PDF up to 2 MB per file. Uploads are copies only — bring originals to document verification if you are selected.
